“Excellence.” I believe this word sums up every aspect of Dr. Hess’ practice. There are no “loose ends” in this place! The office is beautiful. The coffee bar is great. The Staff is always accommodating (I think they actually love their job!)
Dr. Hess has been personable, enjoyable to communicate with, and …….excellent. He was created to do what he is doing and it shows in every area of his practice.
We have enjoyed (Can’t believe I’m using this word while speaking of braces) our experience here, every visit, every stage, every interaction. My experience at Hess Orthodontics has been wonderful. The staff is always friendly and Dr. Hess explains everything to his patients. Scheduling has never been a problem. I love the office décor and set up, makes the torture bearable.

As the treatment for Tori has come to an end, we would like to let you know how we feel about the experience she has been through.
We have been very pleased with not only the beautiful outcome of her smile, but also the friendly staff and method of treatment. It is always a pleasant experience during each visit, with the conversations with the staff members and Doctor. “Sincere” is the best way to describe the care and concern of the little events and happenings in Tori’s life during these mini-conversations throughout the year. From the moment you arrive in the office to the time you leave, you are met with smiles from the staff and a comfortable feeling. This takes the anxiety away that is so common during treatment.
We have encouraged a number of others to visit Hess Orthodontics and they are experiencing the same pleasant experience as well. We will continue to recommend your office to others.
This treatment has been a very personal experience for Tori and she is glad she committed to the treatment to achieve the results following about two years of visits.
